Well this bites. I knew our "test" subscription was about to come due because they sent me an e-mail (not a message so hmmm). Anyway at that point I got the same message I just did when I checked it moments ago "Your account is paid until 11/05/2019. You will be able to renew, on the day your current subscription expires. " Now that seems a bit counter productive to have to let it expire before you can renew. While I will be able to get online and renew tomorrow I get rather busy after than and it would be likely Monday or Tuesday before I am back online and have time to renew. Any other online subscription I/we are involved with I can renew (add on time) anytime I feel like it. It just seems odd if the owners are out to make money (one assumes they are) that they will not allow me to give it to them when I choose to. To top it off while this site has had the desired results since we joined with all the changes and complaints I see on the forum overall it makes me hesitant to go lifetime even if it saves money. Heck right now I can't even compare the cost of doing it every 6 months versus lifetime because all I see on the account page is the above message. I seem to recall doing the math a lifetime is worth it in the long run and with this being the "home" of the club we go to (attendee lists and such) I'm sure we will just get a lifetime membership. The thing is if others are right the activity here is dropping and that is a sign of a site dying so how long will a "lifetime" membership actually last or rather be worth it?
