TOPIC: Default photo disappears

Twice this week I've logged on to site to have a message in red saying that we don't have a default picture though pictures are available- not the exact wording. Nonetheless, our default picture is indeed gone and is no longer even in the public album. The is has to be uploaded again and all is well ..... till the next time. Anyone else encounter this?
