We have a photo we were thinking about uploading -- we thought it was quite romantic: The two of us, sitting on horses, in silhouette riding 'into the sunset'. Our hands are together between the horses, pinkies hooked together. Sweet, actually. (The horses are simply standing still so the photographer could focus properly)
Our problem? We want a 'kid-safe' photo. We thought this one was fine -- we even have it very much on display in our living room. This one is obviously unsafe for kids, because it's taken from behind, doesn't show our faces, and Mrs. SJBluebirds is straddling the horse in the saddle -- at least according to the written guidelines. How do we request a waiver or exemption or -- better yet -- clarification of the rules for photos?
