Goverment started paying the farmers that got hurt by the trade war betwee $15 and $150/acre..with an aid that is now $16 billion. The rates are higher for farmers down South then Midwest. Who us paying the bail out - the tax payer. Immagine $16B put into Medicare - that however is too socialist.
