User Details are only visible to members.	To those who say that they exercise and diet and still struggle... First, ask yourself if you are being realistic about your diet and exercise. Ask questions and look at what people here are doing. You may need to take it up a notch and change the kinds of things you are eating. If you find you really are working out and dieting reasonably, and still not getting the results you'd expect, you might consider consulting an endocrinologist to check your hormones and gland functioning. It is not possible to exercise your way out of a damaged thyroid for instance. - Mr. Tasteful, humbly based on my own experience. ps. On the other hand, one can lose several pounds over a few days with overactive thyroid/adrenals, but it is a very unpleasant way to lose weight.

And its not just the men, around here I see more fit men and obese wives than I do the other way around. America is killing herself with food. My co-workers and I were discussing this issue yesterday as we drove back to our office. They got greasy burritos (called as big as yo' face burritos...because they are HUGE) which omg do you WANT to know how many fat grams and calories are in them? Throw in the rice and beans and soda. I had a chicken salad with light cheese and replaced the dressing with salsa..which tastes fabulous btw. I think that it is your relationship with food, how you view it. I like tasty food mind you...but I see food more as a tool in being a normal weight and healthy and a source of fuel. They see food as its just yummy to the taste. I think this is the core of the problem other than people are merely lazy.

User Details are only visible to members.	Thanks M, I feel the same way. I watch everything that goes in my mouth and workout 6-7 days a week, hard workouts and still cannot get my body the way I want it to look. It gets depressing. But I do feel great after each workout which is important.
