New Couples Seminar (Please be on time) 7:00 pm till 9:00 pm Meet and Greet at the Hotel Bar. 7:00 pm till 8:30 pm Early Registration outside the Hotel bar. 9:00 pm till 10:30 pm Registration outside the Ballroom 9:00 pm till 10:00 pm Free Professional Portrait inside the Ballroom 9:00 pm till 12:15 pm Ballroom Dance w/ Cash Bar (Extended for NYE) 12:15pm Prize Giveaway. The couple must be present. 12:30 pm till 2-ish Lingerie Blacklight Party 4th Floor BYOB (Improper Attire Required) Being fashionably late doesn't work here. You'll miss out on all the fun. Registration shuts down at 10:30 Sharp! No one will be admitted after that. If you cannot get there in time you must call and make arrangements and we will accommodate you IF Possible. No one not registered without wristbands will be allowed into the event. The hotel will allow early check-in before 3:00 pm if your room is available. This is a good possibility this time of year. For the newcomer's seminar, we ask that you be there on time so we can get started. Registration will close at 10:30 pm SHARP. Please give yourselves plenty of time to get there. No one will be admitted after registration closes. If you are going to be late, call and make arrangements the day before the event. The restaurant will be serving food till 9 pm, There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. It is NYE so make reservations for dinner well in advance. After the dance, we will have an after-hours "Lingerie Party" with multiple theme rooms and a DJ to end the night. This event is for couples and single females only. You must be a member.
