Special Event Couples and Single Females only! There will be an early meet-and-greet at the bar, followed by a night of dancing to the tunes of our DJ in the Ballroom. Here, you will get a professional portrait of yourselves to complement the evening. Then, top it off with an "After-hours Lingerie Party." There will be some snacks and nonalcoholic drinks for the after-party. No ripped-up jeans or rude T-shirts. Most couples wear UV-reactive clothing and glow stuff. Also, Ladies, if you want to wear something provocative in the Ballroom, wear a cover-up in the public areas. For couples getting a Friday night, please book the room through us. If you don't, you will have to move rooms on Saturday. Don't even come to us and ask if you can keep your room. It is beyond our control. You have 3 days before that Friday to book it to avoid transferring rooms on Saturday. Party Schedule: Tentative Saturday 3:00 pm - Early hotel check-in if available 7:00 pm till 9:00 pm Meet and Greet in the Main Bar 7:00 pm till 8:30 pm Early Registration Outside Lobby near the Main Bar. 7:30 pm till 8:30 pm New couples Seminar ( Place to be determined; check with registration; see note above) 9:00 pm till 10:30 pm, Registration outside the Ballroom (No admittance after 10:30 pm whatsoever) 9:00 pm till Midnight am Ballroom Dance w/ Cash Bar 12:15 pm till ??? Lingerie Blacklight Party 4th Floor BYOB, Pizza, and non-alcoholic drinks provided. This event is for couples and single females ONLY! Come share that special moment with VA Friends in an upscale Hotel No one not registered without wristbands will be allowed into the event. No one will be admitted to the event after 10:30 pm unless you make special arrangements Couples and Single Females only!
