To increase your fun and privacy, we want to make it a FULL hotel takeover on Friday night, not just on Saturday. In order to keep outsiders out of the host hotel on Friday night, the Host Hotel has set a 2-night minimum for all room bookings.The Host Hotel is for Confirmed Vibe Guests only. DO NOT share your Reservation Link or Event Location with ANYONE. Host Hotel Reservations may ONLY be made through the Online Reservation Link included in your Confirmation.DO NOT call the hotel. Only ONE Room Reservation per Member Profile.Reservations at the Host Hotel have a 7-day cancellation policy.Host Hotel reservations cancellations made after 12:00am on Sept.11th are not guaranteed and may be charged. IMPORTANT! Since room LOCATION seems to be Vibe members' top priority when booking a room at the host hotel, and yea, we absolutely do get it, the host hotel has divided their rooms by LOCATION into different links. There are 6 links, based on location. Inside each link will be options of the room types (a king bed or double queen beds) available in that location. Please note: once inside a reservation link disregard anything in the room option descriptions EXCEPT the number of beds when making your selection. Some of those descriptions/titles are incorrect. Just focus on the LOCATION link and the number of beds that you prefer. The Host Hotel Reservation links will be active in your RSVP Confirmation upon Event Release. This $0 ticket option keeps our host hotel waitlist in order of 1st come, 1st served. The host hotel rooms will sell out quickly, but the party never does. It is never a requirement to book a room at the host hotel to attend a Vibe event. A FEW REMINDERS: This is a PRIVATE EVENT. DO NOT share the event location with ANYONE. We love it, and encourage you to tell your friends about Vibe, but the Event Location is Private until they are confirmed by Vibe. We take YOUR safety and security very important. We will have security at the entrance to the Event Location and throughout the hotel. EVERYONE must be on the confirmed list and show their confirmation to gain entrance to the property. All others will be turned away. Event wristbands MUST be worn at all times. Anyone without a wristband will be escorted off the property immediately. Food Deliveries: Absolutely NO food deliveries past the front desk. All food deliveries to the host hotel will be delivered to the front desk ONLY. Do not give your room number when you place an order for food deliveries. Delivery instruction will be Deliver to Front Desk . This policy is in place starting at 3:00pm on Friday and ends at 11:00am on Sunday. You must be fully covered at all times in the hotel lobby, this includes picking up your food deliveries, and outside of the hotel. If you have a host hotel room with a window facing outside keep our curtains CLOSED. No Cameras , except in the designated photo op area. You will need a Drivers License or Photo ID fo
