12 Years and still going…. The Villa has expanded its outside space by adding 3 luxury outdoor cabanas, a half court basketball court, game area, as well as a 1950 sq ft covered outdoor kitchen, bar, showers, bathroom and social space. Lots of new outdoor furniture as well- Sun is shining and that means it’s time for the pool! Come enjoy a great time with your friends at the Villa. There are a few options to attend. We are offering a full event Saturday daytime and night event starting at noon, or just the Saturday night event starting at 8 pm. All meals are included with the events. Bring your beach towel, hats, sunscreen - Swim suits are optional. Complete privacy. We have layout chairs, sofas and several areas to hang out in by the pool. We ask that you always sit on a towel if you are nude. No nudity is allowed outside of the fenced pool area. Water and Ice will be provided. All events are BYOB. NO GLASS is allowed in the pool or pool area - nothing ruins the fun like broken glass.... Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the cabanas, pool, house or guest house. There is a designated smoking area in the pool area and on the front porch. You are welcome to relax/shower and/or freshen up in our guest house prior to the evening events. We have private lockers for your things. Just bring a lock if you so choose. The Saturday evening event begins at 8 pm... Dinner will be served. BYOB. Cups/ice and mixers are provided. You may either attend both the day and night event, or the night event only. Please email us with your preference once you sign up to attend.

Dress is whatever you are comfortable in... your skin, your sexy outfit, or fully clothed. We recommend that single males dress to impress. We provide latex condoms. Best to be prepared should you decide to play. We provide the linens and play towels, so no need to worry about that. Limited overnight accommodations available. Please request as soon as possible to ensure adequate space. Just bring a blanket and pillows. We also have some private overnight accommodations. Just email us for the rental info. Breakfast will be served the next morning. We ask that you drink responsibly, and DO NOT drink and drive.
