It’s that time again, mis amigos—time to throw on your sombreros, dust off your dancing shoes, and celebrate Cinco de Mayo the only way we know how: with food, fun, and a whole lotta fiesta!

We’re turning Saturday, May 3rd into an all-day celebration of Mexican spirit, spice, and sass right here at Mountain Creek Grove. Whether you come for the tacos or stay for the tequila, this party's gonna be muy caliente!

We’ll get things started around 1:00 PM with pool games—so bring your splash game! Whether you’re diving into the action, floating with a drink in hand, or just soaking up the sun, it’s all about good vibes, laughs, and a little friendly competition.

By 4:00 PM, we’ll be serving up margaritas and breaking out the piñatas. Because nothing says fiesta like sipping tequila while swinging a bat at a paper donkey full of candy. You know you love it.

At 5:00 PM, the Taco Bar opens, get ready to pile those plates high! If you’ve got a favorite ethnic dish or dessert you’d love to share, bring it along! Bonus points for churros, flan, tres leches cake, or anything that pairs well with lime and laughter.

Then, as the sun goes down, we turn up the heat...

The dance party kicks off at 9:00 PM in the pavilion. The music will be hot, the vibes even hotter. Whether you’re shakin’ it salsa-style or just vibin’ in your own groove, this is your time to shine.

At 10:00 PM, it’s costume contest time! Whether you’re rockin’ a sombrero, a lucha libre mask, a mariachi outfit, or your finest fiesta-wear, strut your stuff—we’re handing out prizes for whatever categories we come up with on the fly (don’t worry, they’ll be good).

And after that? We dance. All. Night. Long!

So come ready to celebrate, to sip, to swim, and to sizzle. Cinco de Mayo only comes once a year, but the memories? Esos son para siempre.
