Breath guides exploration of our own personal anatomies, alignment, and awareness. Modifications offered for differing abilities and injury recovery. Focus is on your own sensations over forming certain shapes. This is split into two separate classes. - The 1pm class is open to FLINTA- femme, lesbian, intersex, nonbinary, trans, agender- and plus ones, only. No spectators- you must participate in the class No solo cis men - Please see the 2pm class after -The 2pm class is open to all. Classes are 45 minutes long. Please arrive within 15 minutes early, doors close and class starts on the hour to avoid disruption. After a near death experience in the early 2020s, she left a white collar career to embrace life as a born-again slut. Exploration of the fantastic feat of being in a body has led her on diverse undertakings, from training as a Wilderness First Responder to joining Sanctuary staff as a Pro Switch. Sirène is currently a student teacher of Pilates through Pilates Sports Center.
