Start the new year right at our **first house party of 2025**, happening on **Saturday, January 11**, in Ridge Spring, hosted by Playcatehj and CFSC. If you’ve loved our DTF parties so far, you know this one will be nothing short of epic!

**Party Details:**
**Time:** 7:30 pm to midnight
**Arrival:** Please plan to arrive by 8 pm for introductions, house rules, and a smooth start to the night.

**Dress Code:**
No formal themes this time—come comfy and sexy in boxers, robes, lingerie, or go bold and embrace the freedom of nudity throughout the house.

**Guest Limit:**
To keep the vibe intimate and fun, we’re capping the guest list at around 25 couples. Secure your spot early to avoid the waiting list! We carefully vet all attendees since this is our homes—we value safety and good vibes above all.

**New to the Party?**
Open your photos when requesting to join, and we’ll reciprocate.
Share a bit about your lifestyle experiences (MMF, FFM, group play, etc.).
Heads up: This is a rule-light party with shared spaces and busy beds—no private areas. **No means no** remains non-negotiable, and some guests may not use condoms, so come prepared.

**BYOB + Snacks:**
Bring your own drinks, and we’ll provide water, ice, and some appetizers to keep the energy up. Feel free to contribute a snack to share—it’s a fun way to add to the evening. We’ll have a fridge for beers and a few cups for mixed drinks, but bring your cooler pre-iced.

**Parking and Directions:**
Since we’re out in the country we have plenty of parking!. Directions will be sent out about a week before the party.
