Northaven is a clothing-optional, adult-only, lifestyle friendly, couples resort.
So…what is “lifestyle friendly”? Lifestyle friendly means many of our members and guests are “lifestyle”. It also means the events, parties, and general environment at Northaven are more sexually charged, and open-minded than most. Think of Northaven like an off-premises lifestyle event where the party is hot, the people are in various states of undress, and the “fun” must continue someplace else…except, in this case, someplace else is typically a camper or rental unit located a few hundred feet away.
PLEASE MAKE RESERVATIONS EARLY, NORTHAVEN RESORT TYPICALLY SELLS OUT EVERY WEEKEND.
Single males/females welcome daily from 9am to 6pm only…unless “in a relationship” with and sponsored by a couple (call for more details).
Events are generally 3-day, 2-night weekend events beginning on Friday and ending on Sunday. Certain holiday events will be 4-day, 3-nights.
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED prior to 6pm office closure - NO WALK-UP'S.
Parties are hosted in our Hotel California Lounge.

WEEKEND #15 – AUGUST 7TH – 9TH, 2026: PIRATE WEEKEND – SURRENDER THE BOOTY!
Thursday
Event: DBT (Drunk Bitch Thursday)
Location: Nancy & Ray’s place
Time: 8 pm
Details: We will start the weekend off with our DBT Celebration at the gazebo. An NHR member will host a kick-off gathering to help our drunken pirates forget about the workweek and focus on the party that is about to unfold.
Friday
Event: Boat Building
Location: Various Pirate Encampments
Time: 6:00 pm
Details: Pick up your boat building supplies, take them back to your home base and start building a boat for the race on Saturday!
Event: Hidden Treasure Hunt
Location: Throughout the resort
Time: Friday and Saturday
Details: Starting on Friday after 5:00. Pick up your treasure map from the Pirate Council of Arrr-Gasm outpost on the pond (lot #7). Visit all the boat building teams to get clues to find the treasures hidden around the resort.
Event: Avoid the Brig
Location: TBD
Time: 8pm
Details: Avoid the brig! Our Kings-men and Kings-women will be out there, arresting pirates and wenches. Beware, you may even have to walk the plank! Be sure to have your friends and enemies imprisoned for a spell in our jail!
Event: Boat Building and Team Parties
Location: Various Pirate Encampments
Time: 8 pm
Details: Go from party to party to check out the boat building, imbibe on food, drinks and fun. Teams will also compete for the best party and fastest boat!
Saturday
Event: Hidden Treasure Hunt
Location: Throughout the resort
Time: Until the end of the boat races and pond events
Details: The treasure hunt continues. Starting on Friday after 5:00. Pick up your treasure map from the Pirate Council of Arrr-Gasm outpost on the pond (lot #7). Visit all the boat building teams to get clues to find the treasures hidden around the resort.
Event: Boat race and tug-of-war
Location: The Blue Lagoon
Time 2:30 pm
Details: Head down to the Blue Lagoon for the festivities! Cheer on your favorites as the teams race their boats around the pond.
Sign up for the Drench the Wench with a tug-of-war across the pond and into Davy Jones Locker.
Remember to vote for your favorite team at the end of the races.
Event: Dance – (theme – MERMAIDS & PIRATES)
Location: Hotel California Lounge
Time: 9 pm-1 am
Details: Spend the night dancing and socializing with the NHR gang. As always, this is a BYOB event. Do not forget, you can pick up beer and wine in the Sexy Sundries General Store! Bring your favorite beverage, your dancing shoes, and your best moves. We will have awards for the best costumes, pirate teams. 50/50 will be doing their drawing so get your tickets at the dance by 10:30 pm.

Event: Drinks and Snacks
Location: The G Spot Gazebo
Time: 1pm
Details: Enjoy drinks and snacks. Time to wind down with a relaxing afternoon.
