The first part of the afternoon intentionally stays social. We want everyone to have time to settle in, actually meet one another, and build chemistry naturally. Then the afternoon becomes yours. You'll have time to meet your hosts, ask questions, look around, and settle in before we start bringing everyone together. 1:45 PM Round Robin Welcome We'll gather everyone, explain the simple format, welcome our newer guests, and get everyone ready for introductions. 2:00 PM Dual Desires Round Robin This is your chance to meet more of the room in a comfortable, organized way. Guests rotate through short introductions and conversations designed to help everyone become more familiar with one another. Think of it as the introduction not the whole conversation. 2:45 PM Circle Back Someone catch your attention? This is your chance to find them again and continue the conversation without the Round Robin clock. 3:15 PM Connect Explore Play From here, the organized portion fades into the background. Keep socializing, enjoy time with new friends, explore mutual chemistry, or enjoy the playroom atmosphere at your own pace and comfort level. 4:00 PM Spring Fling in Full Swing The introductions are made, conversations are flowing, and the afternoon is yours.
