Adult Fun enjoyed all night long, on one the 6 beds or hanging swing, in the play areas.
Come break the high score on our new Skee Ball machine or play some fun Darts, indoors and outside.
All are welcome out, to our fun adult playhouse, situated on 5 1/2 acres of private wooded land.
Outside, enjoy the new seating area and fire pit area. Several smoking and non-smoking tables outside.
We enjoy our fun, in our HUGE newly decorated basement.
New open play areas and private playrooms areas.
All parties are BYOB and no dress codes.
All our house and cabin parties are private RSVP parties.
RSVP by Messaging Tammy, the sexy hostess, to be put on the RSVP list.
You can't "Just show up", you have to contact Tammy, to RSVP and get details, on what to bring for the parties, or read them in the groups.
I always have 9 confirmed attendees, for each party, so you know we'll have at least that many here, and always have room, for more sexy folks.
ALL party and cabin information are located in my groups.
If you haven't joined them, you will get the invite when you sign up.
We only allow so many guests out to each party, so best to RSVP and take care of party details BEFORE any party.
We allow up to 10 guys, as long as we have 10 couples and 10 single ladies.
You're welcome to invite others too, just be sure and have them RSVP too and let me know if they are male or female guests :)
We always have a huge food buffet setup and lots of beverages and bottled water, to keep you hydrated.
Tammy loves to dance and dress up sexy and she welcomes all to join her on the dance floor, so don't be shy.
Enjoy the two dance poles on the newly carpeted dance floor and show off your moves.
Address is posted in my groups or when you RSVP/Text with Tammy, the address can be given at that time.
Entrance to the party, is located at the green covered carport, in the back of the clubhouse, at the double doors.
Parking is in the back, on the grassy areas, by the double gate and by the storage shed, at the second driveway exit gate.
We have two driveways now, for entering and exiting, both have gravel areas, to park and exit from.
Small cars park on the gravel areas near the garage, at the side of the house, by the small porch and beside the carports.
Trucks, please park in the grassy areas at the double gates and at the new gravel area by the storage shed and second exit, where the orange cones are located by our truck Old Blue.
At the Clubhouse, we have several clean and comfortable beds for our fun playing and overnight stays.
Overnight stays have to be reserved in advance now, because of limited beds.
Parties starts up at 7pm (for yearly clubhouse members) and 8pm for nonmembers, and ask folks to arrive by 10 pm, unless arrangements are made to arrive later, but before 11pm, please.
Parties goes from 7pm to 1:45 am.
Play areas are for players only and only up to 2 to 4 players, on any bed.
If you are playing with more than 3 or 4, then you need to use the open play area please, for more space.
If you want watchers, you are welcome to play on the open bed, at the sectional sofa and couch.
The play areas close down at 1 am, to get setup, for the overnight guests.
All activities we enjoy, are always by permission or an invite.
No touching or joining in on players, unless you get permission or invite.
We have a hanging adult swing, fun adult toys and vibrators, a massage table, an inversion table and lots of comfortable seating.
We have two couches, one being a sectional sofa, two bar top tables with 4 swivel bar stools, two dining tables with chairs, 2 two seater wooden booths and several comfy office chairs with rollers.
All Smoking and Tobacco Vaping is done outside, by the fire pit and at the picnic tables and chairs.
We post up parties, to meet other fun folks who enjoy what we do and to give folks a safe and fun place to meet up and play. :)
Been doing the fun parties at the clubhouse since April 16, 2005.
We have folks attend, from all over the globe, of all ages, colors and sizes and all chats with all.
We appreciate folks spreading the word about the great times to be enjoyed. :)
