Tonight, flexibility is everything! We are kicking off our Contest Night, so let's see who is ready to get down and dirty.

First up, the Frozen T-Shirt Challenge: it’s a test of strength and persistence. The first person to thaw and unfurl this icy garment and successfully put it on takes the lead. Next, we move to the Hula Hoop Showdown: let’s see who has the best coordination and endurance to keep that hoop spinning while the music heats up. Finally, the ultimate test of flexibility: the Limbo. We are lowering the bar and finding out exactly how agile this crowd really is.
