It’s a Black and White NYE Event

Wednesday 12/31 Yes it’s a Wednesday night but yes we are open and yes it’s NYE so we are gonna bring in the new year.

• 8:00 PM Join us at the Clubhouse as we cook up dinner for all to share and start our evening we will have on a little music and we will set up a few appetizers. The evening will go easy till later on as we want to hang and party at midnight.
• 10:00 PM It’s time to bring out the Black and White So put on your best Black/White and rock it out as we warm up the dance till midnight!
• 12 Midnight Pause for a moment, join us in a toast to 2026 and start the year off right with a kiss to your best partners. (Yes that is plural you best partners) This is Club C3 ya know.
We will wind it down shortly after midnight. But hang as long as the mood strikes you, our hot tubs and play rooms are open.


Thursday January 1
• 9:30 AM Community breakfast at the clubhouse. (Continental Breakfast Today) we will try to put a New Year’s day lunch later on so you want to go lighter at breakfast.
• 11AM – Noon Club C3 game area and spa. Hang out at the club and meet some new friends in the new year. We will have a jar for all to drop in their anonymous “Highlights of the Year” card we will read out at lunch. Go ahead and drop in a New Year’s resolution or two to share as well.
• 1PM Join us at the Clubhouse as we cook up the traditional New Year meal. We’ll have COLLARDS, BLACK EYED PEAS (you know you have to eat at least 365), maybe a little HOPPIN' JOHN, and of course HOG JOWL and PORK ROAST, along with some SOUTHERN CAVIAR for all to share and get our serving of good luck for the new year.
• 3PM Club C3 closes till the next party.


Come for the weekend or just for 1 night; party both nights. Community breakfasts are held at the poolside grill at 9:00 AM each morning; bring couple of items to contribute (i.e. eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, fruit, potatoes, grits, juice, etc.).

You must be 21 years of age or older to enter. This party is BYOB, we provide the mixers and munchies. Not required, but feel free to bring your favorite appetizer to the parties to share.

Our amenities include: heated pool, Spa, playrooms, covered smoking area, shuffle board, corn hole, pool table, and much more.

Contact Club C3 in advance for membership requirements. New members should arrive by 8:00 PM in order to complete new member orientation and tour of the venue. Contact [email protected] or the club coordinator to establish membership in advance. The club opens at 3:00 pm on Friday

Club C3 is a party-atmosphere with great music, dancing, laughing, giving you a chance to meet new friends and reconnect with previous acquaintances. Friday night is our regular meet & greet party and Saturday night is our theme party. This weekend Party ends Thursday at 3PM
