All reservations for this event must be secured by prepaying. If you have a card on file, you do not need to do anything after making the reservation. If you do NOT already have a card on file, you must call the club to set up your prepayment for this event IMMEDIATELY. All confirmed reservations must be PREPAID BEFORE Thursday, 10/15. You MUST call the club at (401) 274-3700 during the hours of 10-5 any day during the week to process your payment.
ALL PAYMENTS FOR THIS EVENT WILL BE PROCESSED ON OCTOBER 15TH TO SECURE YOUR RESERVATION. Any cancellations must be made PRIOR to October 15th to avoid being charged.
No Walk-In's will be allowed. ONLY CONFIRMED, PRE-PAID RESERVATIONS will be Allow Entry.
