It’s time for another one of our Pineapple Upside Down Cake house parties! The theme is 12 Days of XXXMas!! We’re asking ladies to wear their sexiest, holiday outfit with that something special underneath (or not) for an evening of erotic fun. Gentlemen are required to dress to impress as well. Slacks. Button down or polo. No jeans, t-shirts, or hats. Come out on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2025! This party is open to couples, single women, and select screened single men.

There are six play areas and a full back patio and deck area for outside mix-and-mingle with heaters.

This is a BYOBeer & BYOCondoms. We will provide mixers and light refreshments. As the host enjoys mixing cocktails (you may have seen us mixing drinks at various events in the area), you bring a base liquor and he’ll figure out how to make something delicious for you.

Due to the size of our home, we are selective of who can be allowed in, based purely on numbers. Couples and single women take priority. Single men are waitlisted and/or allowed in based on confirmed couples.
