Our private backyard is ready for you to enjoy - complete with plenty of chaise loungers, seating, futons and an outdoor SEX FORT. Cozy up to the firepit, or get slippery with new friends in the DELICIOUS HOT TUB!

Enjoy all the things you love about our parties with a delicious, off the hook, snack bar, including cheeseburger sliders, taquitos. Coconut shrimp, and fresh fruit. For dessert an assortment of yummy treats to choose from to satisfy that sweet tooth! It wouldn't be the same without a YUMMY complimentary shots to enjoy as well!

Our drink stations are complete with everything you need but the alcohol of your choice! Sodas, mixers, energy drinks, waters, ice and cups! Feel free to bring your own ice chest or use our community ones to keep your drinks frosty and delicious.

Inside, we have 3 bathrooms, private and group play areas stocked with condoms, lube and plenty of sheets, as well as a dance floor so you can get your sexy groove on all night long!
