Party starts at 8pm and ends at Midnight.

THERE WILL BE NO SIGNUPS ACCEPTED AFTER 3PM ON PARTY DAY.

There is a large yard, large hot tub, and a large play area.

Make sure to bring chairs, coolers for your alcoholic drinks, NO GLASS, towels to lay on the beds and a towel to dry off.

Food and non-alcoholic drinks are provided.

BYOB, NO GLASS, BYOC and make sure you have lube ;)
