It’s that time of year. Come attend the biggest and wildest party of the year with Sunset Encounters. Our Hallowswing party is definitely the largest attended event of the year and we are so looking forward to one of the best parties ever. It’s HALLOWSWING at the Holiday Inn Express. Dress up in your wildest, sexiest and craziest outfit and enter our adult costume contest to win $$ prizes. This costume contest gets wild and crazy, you definitely have it to see it to believe it. Of course you never have to dress in costume just come dressed ready to party.
We have themed rooms, dance music and pizza for guests to enjoy. Party is BYOB and starts at 7pm and goes until….

The Holiday Express gives our group a discounted rate for the event. Please call the hotel direct at 251-661-9099. They will connect you to the home office to book your room. Regardless of what they say you will get the group rate upon check in. Just let them know you are with the “Sunset Group”. The party floor is on the 4th floor, those rooms are sold out but there are other rooms at the hotel available. It will book up so call and reserve ASAP.

For those staying on the party floor we are asking each of you to participate in the “Room Crawl” that will take place at 10pm. Guests will go room to room and receive a shot for a chance to win $$ prizes. It’s a definite party game changer and we need the 4th floor room guests to make that happen.

For those coming over early on Friday night we will plan to hangout by the pool if the weather is nice or have a pre party hall party on the 4th floor. Friday night dinner is on your own. Friday night pre party starts at 8pm.
