The party will start at 12PM and end at 4pm.

There is a large yard, large deck, large pool that is heated, and a large play area. ABSOLUTELY NO TENTS IN THE POOL AREA. Tents will only be allowed in the camping area AFTER the party.

Make sure to bring chairs, coolers for your alcoholic drinks, NO GLASS, towels to lay on the beds and a towel to dry off.

Food and non-alcoholic drinks are provided.

BYOB, NO GLASS, BYOC and make sure you have lube ;)

NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED IF THEY ARE NOT ON THE LIST. YOU MUST BE CONFIRMED TO ATTEND THE PARTY.

In cases of rain event is held inside and we have our Winter setup. Plenty of parking available. No need to worry about making too much noise or being noticed. We have our own place!
