Since we can't have a New Years party on New Years the is we will have a Not so New Years party Jan 11, Starting at 6:30 pm. It will be held In Rehoboth Beach Del.
We look forward to another fun year of parties starting with this one. We hope you will join us for food, fun and music by our DJ Rusty. We will even have a 2nd count down at midnight LOLS,, This gives many of us a a chance to get out and have a New Years, Some of us can't afford to attend a New Years party's on New Years, as they cost a lot, As for our party's they are always free. We ask that you bring a dish to share. The rental beach house is beautiful, 8 bedrooms & 7 1/2 Bathrooms, 3 floors and a dancefloor as well as our DJ. Bring B.Y.O.B and we will provide mixes. We ask that you respect everyone at the party as we are a diverse group. They will be a few play rooms to have fun in and there are a few rooms that are not playrooms. Please bring your own condoms & play safe and please bring towels or pads to put under you if you are a squirter. Have respect. Please put are condoms in the trash and not on the floor. There are no locked doors for everyone's safety. Also please ask who you who your hosts of the party are and please greet them when you get there. Thats me Tracy & my Husband Andrew, Nancy & David, Grace and Our Dj Rusty. We can enter any room in the house to check on things or use the bathrooms in our rooms. Any questions please ask.

4. NO Weapons At our party of any kind or you will have to leave. Our party's are very safe and we have security. If you feel unsafe please come to us host.
5. No smoking of anything in the house. There is a area in the back yard. There are chairs and tables as well as lights and fenced yard.
6. We ask that you leave you shoes at the front door so you do not track dirt threw the house. Also please if you spill your drinks, Please clean it up. Just have respect.
7. Please ask to touch someone, Do not just think its ok to touch someone as they may feel uncomfortable.
Please do not hang out front because we do not want to attract attention to the house. Stay in the house or back yard. We also ask that you do not block driveways or mailboxes and spread out your parking in the area. Also do not park in the middle of the cul-de-sac.
