The party will start at 7PM and end at 1AM.
THERE WILL BE NO SIGNUPS ACCEPTED AFTER 2PM ON PARTY DAY NO EXCEPTIONS!!

There is a large yard, large deck, hot tub house, a playhouse for private play, an orgy area, and a large fire pit with couches and beds.

Food and non-alcoholic drinks are provided.

BYOB, BYOC and make sure you have lube ;)

Event is held inside. Plenty of parking available. No need to worry about making too much noise or being noticed. We have our own place!
