We are back for another season of shenanigans! Our first event is 9/22 7pm - 9/24 2am. Ladies dress in those risque outfits, guys dress to impress and please NO sweats or basketball shorts.

Our DJ will spin the beats from 7pm to 1am both nights from the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the dancefloor pool and hot tub area.

Newbie orientation will be at 8pm each night and we'll go over etiquette and what to expect.

New for this year is Kinktopia! The 3rd floor is dedicated to our BDSM/Kink fam as we work to providing as many elements of the various lifestyle genres as we can fit in the hotel. Feel free to request 3rd floor if you'd like to be closer to that action. They will have classes available both nights as well as a dedicated hospitality suite filled with the tools of the trade.

Of course the Couples and Single Female Only room is back and has expanded to adjoining suites. Both rooms have 2 queen beds, one has a swing and the other has a Sybian. Single males are welcome IF they are invited by a couple or single female, but when that couple or SF leave you'll have to leave.

The Ladies Only Room returns with an array of toys and yet another Sybian.

Daytime games begin at 1pm on Saturday, you are welcome to join in if you didn't get a room Friday night, message if you have any questions on that. These have become extremely popular as our vendors have stepped up and we give away thousands in prizes every month.

No hotel takeover would be complete without the clothing optional pool area. Take your pick from either of the two hot tubs or skinny dip in the pool! NO GLASS IN THE POOL AREA and this is a BYOB event.
