The party will start at 12PM and end at 5PM. NO GLASS ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS!
THERE WILL BE NO SIGNUPS ACCEPTED AFTER 8PM BEFORE PARTY DAY.

There is a large deck with couches and chairs, large HEATED pool, and a large, covered play area.

Make sure to bring chairs, coolers for your alcoholic drinks, NO GLASS, towels to lay on the beds and a towel to dry off. NO GLASS

Food and non-alcoholic drinks are provided.

BYOB, NO GLASS, BYOC and make sure you have lube ;)

Once we receive your email confirming that you are attending we will send you the address.

In cases of rain event is still held as we have a roof over our deck and the play area. Nothing stops the sex from happening! Plenty of parking available. No need to worry about making too much noise or being noticed. We have our own place!
