there is no magic cure, however I did several months of therapy (internal massage, with use of dilators) after my hysterectomy because I couldn't have sex without pain no matter the size, how much lube or foreplay. I didn't have a vaginal hyster, I still have my cervix, but my pelvic muscles while always tight went into overdrive (and my abs ripped open but that is another whole story) the therapy did help with the tightness issues, however it did nothing to help with the host of other issue caused by my hyster, which again is another whole story.

part of what annoys me is I belong to a community FB page for our area. People will post about needing someone to do X work on their house, pasture fencing etc. The guys who in theory do this stuff for a living pop up and give their names/ business page links, phone numbers. Yet each time I try to get one of them to freaking do anything they either no show, or in the case of one, came out, got an estimate via text several weeks later. Said that looks fine, he was supposed to come out and have us sign the contract and pick up the deposit check. Its been a year, haven't seen him with that contract yet but still see him saying he is available for jobs? I have a lead on a new one, via my back up non-sexual husband, a guy that has been doing work on his older home and doing a great job. And he is the type that if it isn't in his or this teams wheelhouse he usually knows someone that can do it and will stand behind their work too.

BF- handyman that was supposed to come give us some estimates didn't show up for his 10am appointment yesterday. Why the fuck is it so freaking hard to find people work on this house/farm???? and before anyone suggests DIY first off Trooper is not very handy around house repair work. Could he google it and most likely get it done? Maybe. But he works, I work, we have a farm and teens. Free time is limited so it would take us until 10 years after we die to finish the to-do list.

yeah I guess I did when I used to do chicken in white wine sauce. But that was more because I floured the chicken and cooked it with oil then added wine. Haven't made that in a years and never called it a roux. You should have seen my mom and I when I married Trooper trying to make gravy at thanksgiving, since none of the rest of us like it we never make it. Here comes my man and his family, the gravy lovers. Then we have our kids who won't eat any sort of sauces or gravy's other then marinara or Alfredo.

BF- had to drag out the heavy winter barn clothes, including my carhart bibs. HT they further confirmed I lost some inches off my hips/ass since last winter since last year I almost couldn't squeeze into them and this year I could do the side buttons with ease and actually have a bit of space. well Mayhem since where I work had a 25% increase in sales this year over last, not everyone feels that way. I'm more of a small business Saturday shopper where I can be supporting people in my community. I will say Trooper bought me something I wanted for Christmas on Thursday night on line and it should be here in a day or two at a really good price for Black Friday, however even though there is a store in our area I wouldn't have gone to try to get one of the six they actually had in store at the crack of dawn on Black Friday. anyway. Troopers X in the custody hearings when they got divorced brought up trips to Hedo and naked pictures of him at the beach and he forced her to go there etc. The Judge, who was a woman, asked if the kids were along on the trips. The judge looked at the pics and said "nice tan" but she had already shown her crazy side before this last ditch attempt to paint him as a bad father when the kids were begging to stay with him not her so she lost custody.

I love walking around New Orleans. Not a big fan of the French Quarter at night, as Rabbit said its a bit like a Frat party, but there are some fun shops to hit during the day. On my recent trip I stayed at the Terrill House B&B in the Garden District for most of my stay and it was very nice. I got a room in a very exclusive resort for my last night and the hosts were quite delightful but its not a place that is open to the public. Beyond that it is really about what interests you, there is tons of stuff there to do.

after my hysterectomy (no need for it before) I looked into it, but it is cost prohibitive when it only works for a small number of women. As far as Kegels, my physical therapist that spent months working on my pelvic floor muscles to get them to stop being pretty much in a state of spasm all the time told me never to do them again (I used to do them a lot) so that advice should be taken with a grain of salt as there are studies out there that show that for some it is not a good thing. Now the only time I do them is for fun during sex, because I I love watching my mans face as I do.

after my hysterectomy I had to go through internal physical therapy for tightness issues. As Mrs Scandle said using a dildo, or in my case I actually use dilators from my PT, can help. Sometimes I start with a very small diameter and work my way up until my body gets out of reject mode, luckily it generally isn't as much of an issue now unless because of our busy lives we haven't had sex for a bit.

Sorry Good sometimes there are not enough clothes in the world to make me warm when its cold outside. what Kitten said. We used to have our profile set to smokers ok. Before we stopped actively seeking people out on here we changed it along the way to some wordy thing about being a smoker isn't a deal breaker but if you smell and taste like a smoke stack we will pass. It honestly doesn't bother Trooper nearly as bad to smell it or taste it on a woman as it does me, and we added it mostly because of me. I got tired of having trouble breathing the next day or having to use my inhaler on the way home, plus it is just nasty to taste like I'm sucking on an ashtray instead of a cock. for some reason I didn't realize you were that close to Disney VA. I'm not a huge fireworks fan so day after day it would be a bit irritating to me. I did enjoy them the one night we stayed to watch them when we were there in Feb. We have had Marine Assault choppers flying low over our farm for a few nights doing night training at Knox. "HT: Long weekend coming up...no work!" worst part about having gone back to working retail...holiday week-ends are busy week-ends and they want their top people there. This is also when it sucks to be a "top" person. HT- kids both had an awesome school year and are on to new activities and adventures.

Rabbit hit the nail on the head with her statement about the options on here to check off being very limited, not that they could have an option for everyone but bi- situational or bi-receptive would be a good addition. "and now have no way to e mail people i used to be able to email by referencing old e mails and replying to them, since the history is all gone." this was the only way most people had of emailing me here, so now they can not. There are several that have my phone # or we are FB friends so yes those can still contact me, but there are others I didn't connect that way with. I also just looked at my birdie while I was typing this and there were 21 unopened emails this morning. Now there are 4.

Wow....I literally have like 5 emails left between me and a handsome SM. I know that we had close to 3,000. That was just the one I looked at, pretty much since I haven't been around and our profile is still locked down for emails there are pretty much no emails left at all.

sort of funny when the weather up north is better then ours lol. How is it looking for next week? they have already announced no school again tomorrow, so kids have been out Friday, Monday was a holiday for them, today, and now tomorrow. I'm just glad with them having the chromebooks they do school work at home and do not have to make up the days at the end of the year.

Actually its a pretty snow fall, and if I didn't have to take care of a barn full of horses in it, I really wouldn't mind so much.
