Does anyone know how to go from monthly subscription to yearly ? My account page said I had to wait until 1-5-23 before I could renew. On 1-5-23 I didn't see a way to change the subscription and it still said I had to wait until 1-5-23. Now, it is still 1-5-23 and it says I have to wait until 2-5-23. What , is there only a 5 minute window between 1 and 1:05 pm when you are allowed to change it?
