“There is no indication that the old system will be returning. It is being phased out. They will be making some updates to the new system based on customer feedback.
CustomerService - Wayne” Wayne, I apologize for copying and pasting this but I was unable to reply in the other thread. It said it was locked? But my question is, have you received or read some feedback regarding the new messaging system? I believe the customers are not happy with the change. Maybe a statement to clarify the direction you are heading would help us understand? Not being argumentative about this, just trying to help.
