So, we occasionally come across profiles on the various Bliss cruise folders that we know we have chatted with before. Went we go into messages to do a search, these profiles do not show up at all. We know that we have chatted with them before, so there should have been a history of the chat in messages, but there is non. Went we got to archive messages, or look in sent or open, there is nothing there either. Is there some way to retrieve older messages and see our last communication with the couple?
