I wish we could see the photos we got wrong and how it was wrong so we can learn from it. Instead of banning those whose accuracy drops too low, it seems more appropriate to try to give them feedback so they can improve. That is no different than firing an employee who is not meeting productivity standards, but not telling them how they are falling short what they can do to improve. Wayne said in a different forum recently that it can take weeks or months for someone they hire to approve pictures to get good at it. Please give us an option for us to learn how to improve our approvals.
