Anyone having issues with password resets? I have a single male account and a couple's account. I can reset the password (for the couple's account) but can't log in using the new password. I've tried 4 or 5 times.
I'll type a new password in a note, copy it, paste it into the "new" password field and type it character by character in the confirmation field, that way I know they match. It saves the new password. When prompted to log in the system is telling me the password is incorrect and now I can't log in with the couple's account.
