TOPIC: How to block someone who blocked us

Original Starting post for this thread:
So, we are blocked by a user (no loss, lol) - but they keep checking out our profile almost daily. Maybe trying to see if we're crying in our tears. We can't find a way to block them because - they blocked us - and we can't get into their profile to hit the block button. So how the heck to we add them to our block list?
