TOPIC: Certs but no Certs on Profile

Looked at a profile from desktop today that had "1 Cert" on the certs tab, but when I clicked on the tab it said "No certificate was found for this member!"
Anyone else experienced this? It'd be nice to hear from someone with a similar experience before we go through the "That didn't happen", "Yes it did", "Nu-uh" process THEN 6 people chime in that it's real and the thread gets deleted all over again.
