Another BIG help for women.
D-Mannose to treat and prevent bladder infections. I was plagued with them about every 3 months. A friend (same friend that told me about boric acid capsules) told me about D-Mannose capsules. It's a supplement that prevents bad bacteria from adhering to the bladder walls while and doesn't mess with the good bacteria. I've not had one in the 7 years I've been taking it. I take 700mgs per night. I get mine from Swanson Vitamins but there are others out there. I have not found 700 mgs in other brands. Search it. My 85 year old aunt was having lots of problems. I got her on it last summer and she just told me last week that she's not had an infection since starting.
