I saw this in a profile and I wondered what it meant. "we are both surgically safe". Safe to perform surgery on? Safe from surgery? Their bodies are so free of STD's they are as sterile as an operating room? I ruled out they meant they practice VERY safe sex because they also say they prefer bareback.
