When going to a party I generally make sure I have one on board. If nothing else, it's a confidence booster. My question....I have 100 mg pills, so should I take the whole thing 30 minutes before the green flag drops, or should I put on half about an hour before and the other half 30 minutes later? It may make no difference at all, but asking those who have blazed this trail before me.
