In my experience, and I'll warrant this as a rule (The Jane Fonda Rule) your average 60-80yr old woman is more capable of being an active (not just lying there but continually fucking and thrusting back) sexual partner than your average 30-50yr old who is far more likely 100lbs heavier and challenged to breach a single flight of stairs un-exhausted. The Jane Fonda's are from an active lifestyle age vs. we couch-potatoes. They were doing pilates with Jane Fonda & Jamie Lee Curtis and their old bones can rock your world.

Now we men go to pot far earlier and many of us are having performance issues in our late twenties. Our beer bellies are the first sign that getting it up will be a problem at the next horizon. Not so with women! The more experienced: the more capable! Perhaps advanced age unleashes unwonted sexual willingness to please; but, more importantly the GILFs are simply more physically fit than the MILFs.
