The fish in the ocean are using the plastic straws to snort the cocaine that the drug smugglers dump into the ocean when the Coat Guard shows up.
The fish are so high and wired that no on can catch them. The San Fransisco liberals are pissed because they can not get their fresh sushi. So the solution they come up with is to ban all plastic straws!!
