The local government ignited all the chemicals that were involved in the accident and allowing TONS of chemical residue into our atmosphere. Toxic chemicals are killing water bound wild life. They are saying that the toxins in the air can cause Cancer. Its no longer local as the Ohio river is NOW affected.
