Until cops have the authority and respect they've lost in today's lawless woke world, where their hands are tied by the leftist deep state to arrest -- and DA's the likes of George Gascon and Alvin Bragg (And Many Other Leftist Woke DA's) start prosecuting REAL Criminals; the only solution is to continue employing Vigilante Justice and be the Judge - Prosecutor and Executioner! Say what you will about Vigilante Justice, but the bottom line is it works because assholes the likes of Neely won't be around anymore to re-offend. And while Bragg is probably going to make an example of Daniel Penny, there will be many more Penny's coming down the pike and the more corpses that appear in Bragg's and Gascon's respective jurisdictions -- as well as other areas; will make them think twice about not prosecuting REAL Criminals! Unfortunately, the leftist Democrats with their soft on crime policy have now forced law abiding citizens who are tired of being victimized to open hunting season on lawless criminal assholes everywhere. Remember, a dead criminal is a criminal you don't have worry about anymore!
