Hear me out here lol. These people have a tough job. If they have a bad day at work, they get shot. Cops deserve much more money but we absolutely deserve much better, safer, Better trained cops.
Coos don't get serious training like our military does, specifically seals or special forces. Those guys probably get too much training but somewhere in-between is the answer imo. Cops need all kinds of training and need to be practicing. But to get a higher quality of cop they need to be paid much better. Who the hell would want that job now ?
