In the open forums "I think that anyone who contemptuously dismisses faith and religion as anything less than teaching 'science' are completely full of shit, and qualify for their "Asshole" pin as well, just to put it bluntly."
I need to defend myself.... Contempt is WAY too soft of a word for how I feel about adults that believe in magic, fairy tales and invisible friends. Of course, the religious should not feel alone. I hold equal "beyond contempt" feelings toward anti-vaxers, flat-earthers, people that believe commercial airlines are releasing mind-controlling chemical trails, UFO enthusiasts, Big Foot hunters, anyone that thinks Republican stated economic agenda or the Democratic Party Establishment's hidden agenda is intended to help the middle class, anyone that thinks money is created by work instead of being borrowed into existence, and pretty much ANYONE that believes anything without being able to back it up with data and cogent argument... So, yeah, like 90% of the population is beyond deplorable in my estimation. "contemptuously dismisses faith"? That is like saying Everest is a pretty big hill.
