There are supposed benefits of this but, up until recentlly, they all seemed intrusive. I saw one today in a Youtube video that looked interesting and can be done almost anywhere.
It involves sitting on a tennis ball and slowly rocking forward and back with the ball traveling from in between the testicles and rectum (i.e. the taint). It was recommended to do this 3-4 times a week for about 5 minutes each time. You want the chair to be somewhat hard and you use your arms to regulate how much weight/pressure is applied. I tried it and it seems pretty easy and it's something I can easily do while working from home. Not sure if I'll see much benefit, but figure it's worth a try. Like most guys my age I have an enlarged prostate and the typical symtoms as a result. Easy enough to keep a tennis ball at my desk to remind me to do it and worth at least trying to see if I notice any benefit from it. Figured I'd pass this on and ask if anyone else has tried this and, if Yes, did they get any benefit from it?
