If you're in your 50s or older, and like me you only got started in the lifestyle recently, what have you found helpful to get your mind out of performance anxiety issues that kills your erection? And this would be in full swap scenarios or group-play scenarios.
Let's take ED issues out of the discussion. ED normally means a persistent inability to achieve or maintain an erection. That's not the issue. Performance anxiety is all in the head. And if a man feels even a little bit of that "fight or flight" response in a group play environment, that will definitely kill an erection. So how have you overcome performance anxiety? Viagra and Cialis can help, but they are definitely not sure-fire solutions when your brain is blocking your arousal. I find that having a few drinks helps to relax me, and as long as I don't drink too much (nobody wants whiskey-dick), a stiff drink or two can help. I suspect just repeated exposure to group play is helpful? What else has worked for you?
