Hi all, first of all happy holidays and a soon to be happy 2024. OK now on to my question. Is the following scenario common? How can we spot it and avoid it and when we do experience it how to handle it. This has happened to us twice. The scenario is that we meet a couple online and we all seem interested in each other. We meet once as a couple’s’ date and everything goes well. Now when it comes to a second or third date where things may develop into playtime all of a sudden, the wife of the more “experienced” couple disappears from the picture. Lots of lame excuses like she is getting her nails done, is studying for a graduate course, has a sore ankle, etc. Of course, the husband still wants to get together with us for MFM or just get together with Nina alone. With one couple when we confronted them, they did admit that the wife has no interest in the lifestyle and she is just the bait but another couple insists that all of the excuses are real. OK so back to the original question as to how to avoid this and recognize this behavior? Thanks Frank & Nina
