Want to start this thread to encourage us to get sweaty together in public. Post your location and details if you are looking for a workout single or couple.
My wife and I are looking for a couple or couples to join us in the gym in Slidell, LA. I am working on lean muscle mass and conditioning and my wife is more focusing on cardio with muscle work. Anyone wanting to join in and help keep each other motivated and accountable?
