My company health plan offered me a free weight loss plan. Very low sugar and carbs and make a lot of your own meals. I just checked the app I have to use to keep track of weight loss. I have lost 38.8 lbs. In 6 months. I was shocked. Has anybody else lost a lot of weight fast?
