Not to be confused with what can happen in certain areas of Amsterdam, there are studies that seem to show this has a helpful effect on various things like wrinkles, repairing sun damaged skin, reduction in age spots, hair growth, and improving vision. I'm considering trying it and was wondering if anyone else might already be doing this and/or looking into it.
If you Google "Red light therapy", you can find a number of non-sponsored articles on it's supposed healthy benefits.
